Hundreds of Ohio children and teens are wishing for one thing...

A home.

Studies show that for the last five consecutive years, there has been an increase in the number of children and teens placed in out-of-home care. Unfortunately, many of them were placed in a facility because there were not enough available foster families.

You could be their chance.

Take the step to becoming a foster/adoptive parent.

At YAS, we believe that ALL children have the right to be in a safe, secure, family-centered environment. Join our growing network of foster/adoptive parents and change the outcome of a child or teen in need of a home.

Our most successful foster parents are open-minded, dependable, patient, and willing to try different parenting styles for children with different needs. Being flexible, tolerant and demonstrating the ability to work as a member of the child's treatment team are all important qualities for success.

Could you give a child a chance?
